Cilandak – Jakarta Selatan

Job Description:

• Coordinate the preparation of the document ISO 9001:2008
• Creating a work plan implementation and maintenance of mangement system ISO 9001:2008
• Monitor the achievement of the target application of ISO 9001:2008 in each section
• Check and validate Quality Manual, Quality Prochedure and Quality Document Other
• Renewing the renewal of the management system ISO 9001:2008 and the provision of the documents based on a revision of the management system
• Dealing with external parties in order to implement QMS ISO 9001:2008 certification bodies, government agencies or consulting firms
• Reported the implementation of the management system of ISO 9001:2008 from all sections and report to the top management in the management review
• Conduct internal audit function
• Knowledge, Skill and Ability requirements:
• Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• Proficiency in English language (Written & Spoken), MS Office, Visio, PDF
• Effectively handle resistance to change situations by utilizing strong team building, motivating and coaching skills
• Education & Working Experience:
• Min Bachelor degree any major
• Min 3 year(s) quality working experience in services industry, complex multinational company environment or equivalent
• Preferable supervisor level in quality Assurance qualified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (IRCA registered) or equivalent
• Can Join immediately

ACCOUNTS CLERK

Required skills:

• Male or Female
• S1 or Diploma degree in Accounting.
• Min. 1 years of working experience in Accounting.
• Fluent in both oral and written in English is a necessary.
• Good computer skills.
• Strong analytical skills, detail oriented, good business exposure, communication skill, decision making, and good leadership skill.
• This position will be posted in Bona Vista, Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions
• To execute monthly accounts closing and preparation of financial statements
• Continuous improvement in the financial closing process in terms of quality and timeliness.
• Assist the preparation of monthly financial reporting package.
• Monitoring Receivables and Collection function; controlling payables.
• Reconciliations functions, financial reports and any other related tasks assigned by the Accounting and Finance Manager.
• Assist in the facilitation in the filling of annual statutory report, and tax filling.
